AustralianBusiness.ai – Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

This website and the AustralianBusiness.ai AI platform (“the Service”) are owned and operated by AustralianBusiness.ai Pty Ltd (ACN 686 732 598), an Australian proprietary limited company, referred to in these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (collectively, the “Terms”) as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “AustralianBusiness.ai”. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Subscription Details and Billing

2.1. Subscription Fees: The Service may require the payment of a subscription fee. The current subscription fee and payment schedule will be displayed at the time of purchase.

2.3. Trials and Introductory Offers: We may, at our discretion, offer trial periods or introductory promotions. Unless otherwise specified, trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period, using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

2.4. Auto-Renewals: Unless specified otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2.5. Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you may continue to have access to the Service until then.

2.6. Refund Policy: Refunds may be offered solely at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within the applicable billing cycle to request one.

2.7. Subscription Fee Increases: We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time. If we do so, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice by email or through an announcement on the Service. The revised fees will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new fees, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle. By continuing to use the Service after the fee increase takes effect, you acknowledge and agree to the updated subscription fees.

2.8. Free Subscriptions: Some features of the Service may be available for free. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free features at any time without notice.

3. Use of Service

3.1. Permitted Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that are harmful, abusive, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or distributing any harmful software, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or using the Service to infringe on the rights of others.

3.4. Concurrent Access and Session Limits: Each subscription to AustralianBusiness.ai permits up to five (5) concurrent active sessions per account. Where more than five sessions are initiated, the system will automatically log out the oldest active session to maintain the session limit. This policy is intended to support reasonable multi-device use by individual users or small teams. AustralianBusiness.ai reserves the right to investigate accounts with unusual login patterns or potential sharing outside the scope of this licence, and to take appropriate action if misuse is detected.

3.5. The AustralianBusiness.ai platform is designed and optimised for use on desktop and laptop devices. While the Service may be accessible on mobile or tablet devices, full functionality, performance, and user experience are not guaranteed on those platforms. Users are advised to access the platform via a desktop web browser to ensure proper display, usability, and access to all features.

4. User Content

4.1. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or submit to the Service (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant AustralianBusiness.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
